Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton was born and raised in Rockland County, New York, where his ancestral roots predate the American revolution.  At age fifteen, he attended an open call at a local Equity repertory theatre, Penguin Rep, which would later cast him in six productions while still in high school. Brian later found his first 15 minutes of fame 30 seconds at a time, in scores of high profile TV commercials; including solo spots directed by Gerry Casale (of DEVO), Aaron Ruell, and Steve Horn, among many others. A prolific polyglot, Brian has also been featured in projects speaking French and Italian.

Plagued by a boundless intellectual curiosity since birth, the evolution of the Internet has become the greatest gift. Dubbed the “Web Wizard” by friends and colleagues, Brian was recently a research assistant and photo editor for Tere Tereba’s biography of Los Angeles mobster, Mickey Cohen.

A dedicated unionist, Brian is a founder of Membership First, one of the two prolific parties in Screen Actors Guild, now SAG-AFTRA. He has also served six years on their boards of directors. An avid computer scientist and Bitcoin Maximalist, Brian remains committed to the relentless pursuit of the truth; mindful that the world is run by the people who show up.
